bookmark.new provides tools to save links, generate summaries, and organize knowledge in a personal vault. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for your account, the links and material you submit, and all activity that occurs under your credentials.

You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, process unlawful content, interfere with product operations, reverse engineer restricted systems, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass rate limits, billing controls, or access restrictions.

You must only submit URLs and content that you are permitted to access, store, and process.

Some features may require authentication or a paid plan. If billing applies, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for the plan or usage you select.

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing may be handled through third-party billing providers and are also subject to their terms.

Summaries and other generated output are produced automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for high-stakes decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

The service may impose limits on submission volume, storage, or feature access to preserve system quality and prevent abuse.

The service, its branding, software, and related materials remain the property of bookmark.new and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.

You retain rights you hold in the content you submit, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, summarize, store, and display that content as part of operating the service.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bookmark.new and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
